Key Objectives:
To manage Fire Fighting projects from start to finish, and the responsibilities include:
Safety: Ensuring the safety of all workers on site, including making sure they wear the correct protective equipment
Quality: Ensuring that work is carried out to the required standards and specifications
Cost: Controlling costs
Deadlines: Meeting project deadlines
Communication: Regularly communicating with project stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and architects
Planning: Helping project managers plan work activities
