Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical
Experience: Should have 3-5 years
Key Objectives:
To manage Fire Fighting projects from start to finish, and the responsibilities include:
· Safety: Ensuring the safety of all workers on site, including making sure they wear the correct protective equipment
· Quality: Ensuring that work is carried out to the required standards and specifications
· Cost: Controlling costs
· Deadlines: Meeting project deadlines
· Communication: Regularly communicating with project stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and architects
· Planning: Helping project managers plan work activities
· Organization: Organizing work schedules and managing teams of workers
· Procurement: Managing the procurement of firefighting materials and equipment
· Inspections: Regularly inspecting the on-going site
· Records: Completing site reports and other records
· Meetings: Attending site management meetings
